These cells were factory flash tested and classified as grade "A" in the factory before being transferred to the tabbing station. These solar cells have the full tab on the front and the back may have been de-tabbed. Technically they cannot be called "A" grade anymore, but you can still save a lot of time and make a clean looking solar panel. There may be a small chip on very few of the cells or a portion of the tab may be loose and need to be re-heated to place it back down. But at this price, Who Cares?? These cells are made in the USA and have the following specifications.
